we are taking 10% of service charge for the food delivery on the ground floor and 20% of service charge for the 1st floor. we are charging 30% of the service fee for 2nd floor with great staff support.

we will refund 30% of money from your booking fee. for example if you book 10,000 LKR we can able oto refund 3000 LKR within 24 hours.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    a) As a general rule you can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out at 12:00(noon) on the day of departure. Additional day charge, may apply for late checkout.

    b) The guest is responsible for any damage/lost caused by any member of his/her party, whether in the hired suite(s) or in any part of the Hotel and shall pay for such damage or loss of business caused as a result.

    c) No pets are allowed at the Hotel.

    d) Hotel will not be responsible for theft or damage to any vehicles or contents of vehicles in our car park. Any vehicles parked at the Hotel are done so entirely at the drivers/owners risk.

    e) Please note that The Priory Court Hotel is strictly non-smoking throughout. We ask guests to smoke outdoors away from the buildings and that they use the cigarette bins provided. This policy includes all rooms. In the event you or any member of your party smoke in your suite or in the hotel we reserve the rooms.

    f) Guests swim at their own risk and the Hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Hotel facilities. (Swimming Pool Attire not allowed & Pool, Open – 8:30am to 9:00pm)

    g) Restaurants Open/ Close Time ( From 8.30am to 9:30pm)

    h) Visitor’s are not allow in the rooms / hotel permises areas.(as per hotel policy).

    i) cooking in to the hotel area is strictly prohibited

    j) Your property/ materials your responsible & hotel will not be responsible for theft, lost, damage or extra.

    h) No diving is permitted off deck into shallow areas of pool.

    i) No Running, No Peeing, No Pushing, No Diving, No Bombing, No Rough Play & Don’t Shout.

    j) Watch your children carefully.
